This notice covers the odovolt.com website and its beta form. A separate notice describing how the Odovolt app handles your data will be published before the beta starts.

What the beta form collects
Your email address, your car's model, where you plan to connect your data from, the language of the page and the moment you gave consent.
We do not store your IP address. Cloudflare uses it only for the request at hand, to limit abuse of the form.
What it is used for
To send your beta invitation and beta announcements. We also look at these answers in aggregate to decide which cars and data sources come first.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it with no one other than our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.
Legal basis
The explicit consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by sending us an email.
Where and for how long
The information is stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. These servers may be outside Türkiye.
We keep it until the beta ends or you withdraw consent, and delete it after 24 months at the latest.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask whether your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. An email is all it takes; we reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top of the page.
